Vermont Woodshop must receive payment prior to our acceptance of your order. Payment shall be made by credit card or some other pre-arranged method of payment acceptable to Vermont Woodshop.
Where payment is made by credit card, such payment is subject to the approval of the financial institution issuing the credit card and Vermont Woodshop shall not be liable in any way if such financial institution refuses to accept or honor the credit card for any reason.
You can cancel an order that has already been placed if it has not entered the processing and transit stage. To cancel an order, please contact us. If you are unable to cancel your order because it has already entered the processing and transit stage, you can return any unwanted items to us after you receive them as per our return policy.
Product availability may be limited. Products may not be available for immediate delivery. Vermont Woodshop reserves the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order.
Vermont Woodshop will only ship to U.S. and Canadian locations. All prices do not include charges for shipping, handling, taxes or other similar fees, duties or imposts. Separate charges for shipping and handling will be shown on the final order screen or invoice.
Vermont Woodshop is obligated to withhold sales tax for delivery within Vermont only. Unless Customer provides Vermont Woodshop with a valid and correct tax exemption certificate applicable to the product ship-to location prior to Vermont Woodshops' acceptance of the order, the Customer is responsible for sales and all other taxes associated with the order.
What about damaged shipments?
Any product damaged during shipping must be brought to the attention of the shipping carrier. The carrier will advise you as to the proper steps to complete a claim.
Your complete satisfaction is very important to us. Unless otherwise noted, you may receive a refund or exchange for any standard item that you purchased within 30 days of your original purchase date. **Custom orders are not refundable.
** Exchanges and refunds will be processed after we receive your return. You will be credited or refunded the price that you paid for the item plus any sales tax that you may have paid. Shipping costs are not refundable.
